Chief Operating Officer
Matt brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the logistics and supply chain industry. Prior to joining NXTPoint, Matt worked for Atlas World Group where he performed several roles during his tenure, including the launch of Atlas Logistics in 2012 and was instrumental in driving its strategic direction and growth.
Matt’s expertise in supply chain solutions and freight brokerage greatly enhances NXTPoint’s ability to deliver on our key strategic priorities, including enhancing our transportation and brokerage capabilities, and expanding service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our current and future customers.
Michelle Bailey
Chief Operating Officer, Final Mile Home Delivery
With nearly 20 years of experience in the home delivery industry, including time with NonStop Delivery, Estes Forwarding Worldwide and Need It Now Delivers, Michelle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to NXTPoint Logistics. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives to transform home delivery operations, resulting in increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and significant business expansion. Her expertise in optimizing supply chain processes, implementing innovative technologies, and fostering a customer-centric approach are invaluable as NXTPoint expands and enhances home delivery services.
As COO, Michelle oversees all aspects of the home delivery business, including capacity planning, fleet management, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Her main goal is to ensure that NXTPoint provides exceptional customer service and positions the business to scale with growth objectives.
Mark Frazier
Chief Commercial Officer
Mark is accountable for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development and account management strategy across all of NXTPoint’s service offerings. With his deep industry knowledge and exceptional business acumen, Mark has excelled in this role and brings significant value to the organization.
Throughout his 10+ year tenure with the organization, Mark has proven himself to be an exceptional leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within his team. His ability to identify opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and deliver results has been instrumental in positioning NXTPoint as a leader in the 3PL space.
Lee Kirk
Chief Operating Officer, Contract Logistics
Lee oversees daily operations, develops strategies to improve efficiency, strengthens client relationships and leads our talented workforce at NXTPoint Logistics. With over two decades of experience in third-party logistics and supply chain management, Lee has held key leadership positions at firms like CEVA, GXO, ODW, Radial and GEODIS. His dual experience in 3PL and client-side operations equips him to implement warehouse automation and other enhancements to improve customer experience, optimize performance and reduce costs.
Lee holds a B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University along with 20+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. He has a proven track record in operational leadership and is committed to adhering to industry regulations while leveraging innovative technologies to enhance logistics solutions.
Trish St. John
Senior Vice President, EHS & Quality Assurance
Trish is a Compliance leader with two decades of experience managing risk, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance. Her ability to implement robust safety and quality management systems while improving business performance has led to the successful growth of the EHS and Quality Assurance (EHSQ) programs. In her tenure, Trish has successfully led the oversight for all internal audit schemes and attained several key certifications for the business including ISO9001:2015 and the Global Food Safety Initiative.
Trish is certified as a DOT Hazardous Materials Instructor, OSHA 501 & 511 for General Industry, ISO9001 Lead Auditor and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Auditor. She is extensively trained in emergency management, vulnerability threat assessments, risk analytics for natural disasters and risk intelligence collection.
Trish has a B.A. from the University of North Florida in Political Science & Public Administration and was awarded the Regional Director’s Conservation Award from U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for Outstanding Contributions to Conservation in the Southeast Region.
Karla Cervantes
Senior Vice President, Accounting & Finance
Karla is responsible for leading the accounting division across the NXTPoint enterprise. With 25+ years of experience, Karla is a trusted leader who has held multiple roles throughout the company since joining in 2000, including Staff Accountant, Controller, and Director of Accounting across the household goods and logistics service offerings.
Karla oversees the financial, analysis, billing, and disbursements teams. Her focus is to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to policies and guidelines while driving efficiencies to better focus on the strategic financial goals of the enterprise. Karla looks to innovate while continually being agile and cares about the organization, customers, and clients.
Alyssa Maxon
Director of Human Resources
Alyssa Maxon is a seasoned senior Human Resources leader and business partner with over 10 years’ experience across both private and public sectors. Alyssa has utilized her experience in various positions spanning Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Compensation, to drive positive change in the organizations where she has worked. Alyssa currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the NXTPoint Logistics organization. In this role, in addition to her participation in planning and ensuring overall operations success, she provides strategic HR guidance to senior leadership members, drives organization-wide initiatives, and leads a team of HR professionals that are responsible for supporting managers and employees.
Alyssa graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has been involved in a variety of professional HR groups throughout her career.
Randy Bruce
Marketing Director
Randy is a seasoned marketing leader with over a decade of experience in the logistics industry. With a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, Randy drives integrated marketing initiatives that fuel brand growth and revenue performance.
Over his 13-year tenure at NXTPoint, Randy has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand identity and market presence. He leads cross-functional efforts across branding, communications, public relations, content strategy, and campaign development—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and a customer-first mindset.
Randy’s approach is informed by a diverse professional background, including impactful roles at globally recognized brands such as Red Bull and Billabong. His creative edge and global perspective are complemented by a strong academic foundation—he holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Hamilton College.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-driven mindset, Randy continues to elevate NXTPoint’s marketing function as a strategic growth engine within the organization.
