NXTPoint Logistics Announces Two Key Additions to Brokerage Team
Jacksonville, Fla. – NXTPoint Logistics is excited to announce two key additions to our brokerage team: Perry Smith, Senior Sales Executive, and Adam Christner, Freight Broker.
Perry Smith brings two decades of experience in sales and operations to his new role as Senior Sales Executive, Brokerage with NXTPoint. He has worked for some of the most prominent brands in the industry to grow market share, enhance operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales Operations at RXO, where he led a high-performance team of logistics professionals after transitioning from his prior role at XPO. Previously, he worked for Schneider, where he expanded sales across the company’s product portfolio to drive top- and bottom-line growth. He has also held sales, operations and business development roles at Dupré Logistics and USA Truck.
In his new role at NXTPoint, Perry aims to continue driving the company forward as a leader in customer-driven solutions for brokerage customers.
“I have worked in both carrier-facing and customer-facing roles for over 20 years in the logistics industry, which has given me unique perspective into the challenges that companies face,” Perry says. “I’m excited to use my experience to drive revenue growth by creating the best solutions possible to meet our customers’ needs.”
Adam Christner brings more than a decade of sales, business development and logistics experience to his new role at NXTPoint. He began his career at Hybrid Logistics, where he served as a Key Account Manager for some of the company’s most important customers. From there, he transitioned to AVI Logistics as Director of Sales, where he led successful sales efforts to drive revenue growth for the company. He then transitioned to TRAFFIX, where he served as a Senior Sales Executive for a number of the company’s services, including key areas like LTL shipping and transportation management, while also focusing on customer relationship management. Most recently, he worked for Ring Power Lift Trucks before joining NXTPoint as our newest Freight Broker.
“I’ve held a number of roles across sales, business development and account management and am excited to collaborate across the NXTPoint team to help shape our brokerage operations and drive continued growth in 2026 and beyond,” Adam says.
