NXTPoint Logistics Welcomes Jerad Aubrey, Director of Operational Excellence

Jacksonville, Fla. – NXTPoint Logistics is proud to announce that Jerad Aubrey has joined the team as Director of Operational Excellence. Jerad brings 16 years of supply chain experience to his role at NXTPoint, where he will focus on elevating NXTPoint’s already stellar contract logistics operations.

Prior to his current role, Jerad led a team of 80+ employees at Perimeter Global Logistics, where he facilitated significant revenue growth across the company’s warehouse operations division. He also spent five years at Radial Fulfillment Centers and led operations in the company’s 1 million-square-foot fulfillment center, developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, safety and relationships with vendors and partners. For TechStyle Fashion Group, he led global continuous improvement efforts, supporting the launch of two fulfillment centers and ensuring compliance with industry standards. He also spent three years with Amazon Fulfillment Centers, managing hundreds of employees through high-volume seasons while maintaining safety standards and achieving key KPIs for customers. He was also instrumental in rolling out Amazon’s next-day shipping program for the greater Kentucky area. Prior to that, he worked for Zappos Fulfillment Centers, where he facilitated process improvement and KPI achievement.

Jerad has earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has worked to apply Lean methodologies across multiple fulfillment networks. His extensive experience in creating operational excellence for a number of renowned organizations will be key to enhancing NXTPoint’s growth and expansion while ensuring the safety of our employees and satisfaction of our clients.
