Suddath Property Management Acquires Phase 1 of Airport Commerce Center to Support NXTPoint Logistics Growth

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 27, 2025) — The Suddath Companies announced today that its wholly owned real estate development company, Suddath Property Management, has successfully closed on Phase 1 of the Airport Commerce Center from Subema LLC, located at 0 Pecan Park Rd in Jacksonville. The Airport Commerce Center property comprises over 200 upland acres, with three distinct phases that Suddath intends to purchase in its entirety. Phase 1 represents approximately 71 of the total 200 upland acres. The primary purpose of the acquisition is to facilitate the expansion of Suddath’s logistics subsidiary, NXTPoint Logistics, in Northeast Florida.
This acquisition marks a significant step forward for Suddath Property Management’s capabilities as a developer of industrial properties, both for affiliated Suddath companies and for third parties.

The development of a new, state-of-the-art, 550,000-sq. ft. distribution center for NXTPoint Logistics represents a significant milestone as it looks to further establish its position as a leading logistics provider.
