Ryan Moore Joins NXTPoint Logistics as Director of Pricing – Transportation Management

NXTPoint Logistics is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Moore as Director of Pricing – Transportation Management. In this role, Ryan will lead pricing strategy and commercial pricing initiatives across the NXTPoint Supply Chain Solutions Transportation Management division, helping drive growth, enhance customer value and support the company’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence.  

Ryan brings 12 years of experience in transportation, logistics and supply chain management to his new role, with a proven track record of driving pricing performance, operational efficiency, process improvement and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing collaborative solutions that align pricing strategies with broader business objectives while delivering measurable results for customers and stakeholders.

Prior to joining NXTPoint Logistics, Ryan served as Director of Commercial Pricing for Crowley Land Transportation, where he was responsible for commercial pricing opportunities across full truckload, rail, less-than-truckload, warehousing and project cargo services. In addition to leading strategic pricing initiatives, he played a key role in advancing the organization’s digital transformation efforts by implementing new technologies and processes designed to improve efficiency and scalability.

Before that, Ryan held the role of Director of Brokerage Operations Excellence at Crowley, overseeing a team of more than 30 logistics professionals focused on third-party logistics sourcing and visibility. He managed a business generating approximately $100 million in annual revenue while leading operational strategy, technology implementation, process design and performance improvement initiatives. His leadership helped strengthen operational execution while supporting continued business growth. 

Ryan’s career also includes leadership positions in carrier procurement, transportation brokerage, intermodal operations, project cargo, military logistics and carrier development. Across these roles, he gained extensive experience managing transportation networks, negotiating carrier partnerships, maintaining regulatory compliance, onboarding major customer accounts and developing training programs focused on leadership, fraud prevention and operational excellence.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for continuous improvement, Ryan is focused on leveraging data-driven pricing strategies, technology and market expertise to create competitive advantages for customers while supporting NXTPoint’s long-term growth objectives. His experience leading transformation initiatives and building high-performing teams will be instrumental as the company continues to expand its Transportation Management capabilities.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of North Florida, in addition to completing Crowley’s Leadership Development Program.
